			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Feeling tired, run down, no energy.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>How much sleep are you getting?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>What are you eating?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>We all know that being an entrepreneur means long hours.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Not just working on your business but thinking about it all the time.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>How does one keep going when those energizer bunny batteries run out?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>I try to sleep at least 7 hours a night and a hot bath or dip in the hot tub really helps keep those gremlins away come bedtime.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>A 30 minute walk a 6:00 in the morning really doesn’t sound like much fun but it’s sure to get rid of those early morning cob webs.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Try a good healthy breakfast.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>What about a veggie omelette?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>No time?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">   </span>Believe it or not but 2 eggs and ½ cup of peas is the required amount of protein and veggies for one meal.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Throw in ½ whole wheat english muffin and 8 oz of skim milk and call it breakfast.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Don’t forget your fruit.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>I make a smoothee every morning and have some with every meal or, grab an apple or an orange.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>What about lunch you say.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>There’s no shame in taking a healthy lunch.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>½ cup of pasta, 4 oz tuna or chicken, ½ cup of peas some yogurt and fruit.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Quick and easy.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Keep it going for dinner.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>You’ll be amazed at how much energy you have when it’s time to wind down for the evening. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>
