At the Watercooler – Focus on what is working for you and your clients.

If you keep doing what you’ve already done, then you’ll keep getting what you’ve always gotten. Shake things up a bit and see if you can take new actions to modify existing ones to grow your business. Develop and implement an effective business plan and make sure it is built on facts. Focus on improvement by developing new processes and services. Make it easy for customers/clients to do business with you. Increase your productivity by putting procrastination on the back burner. Make decisions and visit customers with real time and current market data


Feeling Tired

Feeling tired, run down, no energy.  How much sleep are you getting?  What are you eating?  We all know that being an entrepreneur means long hours.  Not just working on your business but thinking about it all the time.  How does one keep going when those energizer bunny batteries run out?  I try to sleep at least 7 hours a night and a hot bath or dip in the hot tub really helps keep those gremlins away
